Warranty Policy

Collage guarantees to repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or material defect, provided the defect does not result from normal wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the materials used. This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes. Your furniture must be properly cared for according to the care instructions provided.

Please note that fabrics supplied by the customer are not included under this warranty. This warranty is in addition to the rights granted by the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Act 1993.

Warranty Claims

If you’ve received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please lodge a warranty claim as soon as possible.

When filling in the form, please ensure you attach clear photos of the setting, the product itself, and the fault. Once we have assessed the situation, we will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
